A mobile device, especially a smartphone, is essential for many people. You want to make sure of a quick repair and a simple handling system in that case.

You can log into our dashboard and register the damage there. Through our pick-up service, we pick up the device from you or the owner. After investigation we can repair the tablet, laptop or smartphone or we can discuss what is best for you. With each repair you can follow the status of your repair in realtime. As soon as the tablet, laptop or phone of your client is fixed, we return this to you or we send it directly to your client.
He/she comes to our location at De Witbogt 9 in Eindhoven with the device. They do not need to make an appointment for this beforehand, however it is recommended to call to check if the parts that need to be replaced are in stock. We then perform a damage investigation for free and give you advice for your repair. Your customer’s data on the smartphone or tablet is retained and your customer can directly ask (technical) questions about their device. We often agree that commonly occuring repairs are repaired directly. For more expensive repairs, one of your colleagues has to give approval based on the damage report.
