    The protected, personalised and secured platform and webshop of NGU is completely customisable to your wishes and style. You put together a range from which the employees can choose. The employees are able to use their fixed budget to make an order. Depending on the settings the employees are able to pay extra for products which are out of their budget range using iDeal and they can see their remaining budget in the dashboard.

    It is also possible to work with authorisation of (certain) orders. You can put employees into different groups or you can seperate different departments. With this you can create a range per department and change additional settings to your wishes. A personalised webshop, customised for your organisation.

    Is there broken hardware within your organisation? We’ll gladly help you! With the NGU platform you can easily register a repair. We repair all types of brands, including if the device wasn’t bought from us. There’s always a possibility of a tablet, laptop or smartphone breaking, but the work has to go on! You can register repairs on the NGU platform and loaning equipment is a possibility during repairs.

    Secure webshop

    The secure webshop that thinks with you. After ordering the wanted devices we’ll make sure that the devices are delivered to the employee. From a Glass Screen Protector, Adapter and other accessories for your device or if needed, a new SIM card. Want to secure devices? If wanted, the devices can be connected to your own Mobile Device Management (MDM) software. Think of Samsung Knox and Apple Dep.

    After a few years, employees are expecting a new device. This can be arranged easily using the platform. Would you like for the employees to receive a new budget after a period of time, or do you prefer to save each month until they can afford a new device? You can set all of this up easily in the platform. Or would you prefer for us to manage this? That is of course possible too!
