• Set the device back to its fabric settings

• Step 2
  Send the device to us:
• NGU Business has created special boxes to safely and simply transport devices (50 or 100 pieces per box)
• Mention the NGU Business reference on the box.

• Step 3
  Logistics address within the Netherlands:
• With a small order, the package can be sent directly from you to the address that we provide you with
• With big exchange deals, NGU Business can sort out insured transport and a driver

• Step 4
  Scanning and Wiping within 2 working weeks:
• Within the Dutch borders
• Wiping with certified software Certus
• Secured Data Erasure (SDE)

• Step 5
  Financial settlement:
• The financial settlement including the delivery of the “Secured Data Erasure” certificate will take place within 4 workweeks
